@pimoore @hjertnes yeah, we have found ourselves in a situation where they want to micromanage our time. My manager never cared much for many aspects as long as you would do what you were supposed to and such. My manager is gone on paternity leave and someone else took over in the meantime. Now they asked us to attend a meeting, at 7:05AM sharp, a check-in meeting that has nothing to do with my team. SO I asked, so this is a clock-in/police meeting? That's just one example of many other things, but no, they don't want us to think we are being micromannaged
