@maique @greghiggins I could be wrong on this, but I believe that amount of water is definitely necessary if you are very active. Too much water can disrupt your body's electrolyte balance, I believe this happens to me which is why when I am like into the gym and drinking a gallon of water a day, I try to incorporate some electrolytes into it. Guess it depends
