@Omrrc I love rowing, which is the one thing I miss from going to a gym these days. I remember doing 500m 5 to 10x with 1 min rest in between. Then I found this workout set but couldn't make it work because of the way the rowers were arranged. But basically, you do 500m then you do 5 burpees jumping over the far end of the rower instead of jumping up. Or jumping over and do a kettlebell snatch. So Many possibilities for pure joy and fun lol
