@Omrrc Very true! there's these two guys I follow in instagram that little did I know and found out much later, that they are brothers, and they post a lot of kettlebell workouts. What they call complexes or flows, a series of kettlebell movements and they are great. One of them actually has an 8 weeks single bell and body weight program that I have been lookming to get for a while. Also recently I purchase a deck of kettlebell workout cards. The Idea is that you pick random cards and make a workout out of that or you can select and combine.
