@maique definitely standing and I think I used both hands. Can’t remember exactly how I opened the bottle if it was with a regular bottle opener or the one I have hooked on the wall. But it was all very tricky I remember. Then carefully tilting the bottle, my daughter usually rests like by my elbow so I’d still have some hand mobility to hold the bottle. I guess it also helped the fact that she was really tiny then
