@kbrice Hm! All good questions, well, how you choose an instance? First I was in mastodon.social, simply because that's the one I found out when i signed up. That was a few years ago. Then sometime this week I was talking with @eli on mAstodon about maybe start using the service more kid of thing. (Then I noticed his instance and thought it was hilarious so I created a new account under that one). Anyway, it's just a different space, just like twitter is, there might be different people to chat with and maybe even different conversations, like a chat app. Just another nerdy way to interact. Still all my Micro.blog stuff will cross post to both mastodon and twitter.
