A thing I did.

Today’s workout, ugh, was one of those that when I saw it on “paper”, it didn’t seem too bad. Until, it was too late to back out.

Legs and core:

EMOM – 25 min, 5 movements, 5 rounds.

  1. Deadlift to Walkout Push-ups (2 push-ups) x 6
  2. Lunge Clean - Right x 8
  3. Lunge Clean - Left x 8
  4. Kettlebell Swing x 10
  5. Kettlebell Pull-through x 16
