period so grab 2 kettlebells that are heavy
enough to challenge you with the weight and that you can move fast.
Workout
- Double Kettlebell Swings 5 sets x 10 to 20 reps
- Gorilla Cleans 5 sets x 5L/5R to 10L/10R reps
- Double Kettlebell Snatch 5 sets x 5 to 10 reps
