Not gonna lie, my need or desire for coffee has waned lately. What I have been doing recently every morning is to squeeze a lime in a few ounces of water. For whatever reason, it starts me up and puts me in a good mood. Lime water has its benefit, from what I’ve read. It helps boost a person’s metabolism, helping them burn more calories and store less fat. Lowers blood sugar, it has anti-inflammatory properties, helps prevent kidney stones, improves skin quality, and may aid digestion, among others.
This has become part of my morning routine. Before even eating breakfast. Then I can go about my day and again, not having the need or desire for coffee. That being said, I still have coffee now and then but not as much as I sued to.
