Legs/arms.

Today was one of those workouts that on paper (and by paper I mean a Drafts note) seemed quick and easy. Ha! Quick an easy my buttness!

3x

- 10 sit-ups
- 10 inchworms
- 10 TRX knee ups

5x

- 7 double clean to double back lunge**
- 5 Squats

4x

- 5 KB circle clean/squat
- 7 thrusters

**I had to modified since I only had one bell of the same weight. So, 7 each side.
