Notes / Commercial Description: There’s a problem with this beer; it’s most commonly available in 12 ounce cans, 16 ounce glasses, and 22 ounce bottles. Of course, if you’re lucky you can snag it by the 64 ounce growler. Or even better, the 661 ounce keg or the 1,984 ounce keg. Now we’re talkin’. Loads of late-hopping creates massive flavor. Simcoe and Mosaic hops battle for domination on the palate; you win.

Today I am pretty sore, specially my legs. But man it does feels good to be back in the groove of things! You know, being and feel healthy. I can feel really tell the difference, still not yet where I want to be but it’s a work in progress and it’s working.

Always been curious why people use the expression, now I know.

Today was my first day at the new gym and it felt great!! I feel really good bout it this time around. I literally have no excuses for not going, the gym it’s literally a two minutes drive from my house. If I wanted to, and once I get into a better shape, I can run/jog over there. It is a nice setup too, it is not very big but it has most of the equipment I need. It lacking a little in the kettlebells department but that’s okay, I can make do with ant they have. Also I have made drastic changes to my diet, it has only been about a week and I only feel different and more motivated to stay healthy.

Today I deleted the gym membership I got like a month and a half ago. After I enrolled I’ve only been there twice. There are a few reasons why, it’s not too far away but far away to make me desist from leaving the house and go. Also I really didn’t like the facilities, they didn’t have some of the equipment I like to use and the place felt cramped. However I got a membership at a different gym, this one it’s at two minutes from my house! I can literally just walk there. It is a little more expensive but it’s worth the convenience. And it feels right, it’s nice enough that would make me what to actually go. And close enough that I can’t just leave, workout and be back quick! Needless to say, I’m excited and very motivated!
