Is It Safe to go to the Gym in the Midst of the Coronavirus Outbreak?
This is something i have been thinking about since yesterday. The gym i play at is not a big place. It’s like a “mom and pop’s” type of thing and the times i go to, there’s very to almost no people. And yet, i am considering that maybe i should start work out at home.
I’m paranoid man!
I have been listening to Spooky stories all morning. One even almost made me cry, I got to say. Regardless, these stories are creepy af (as the kids say).
It is hilarious (at least to me) when I’m in planking position and Luna gets under me and then tries to get up and she can’t. 😅
I am listening to Digital Minimalism Audiobook. Why does it feel like it’s a lot of bull-poop? Or just stuff I hear (or read) over and over again – everywhere? 😅

Finally, some decent temperatures. The sun is out, there is no wind. BBQ is on and the girls are playing outside. All there’s missing it’s a good beer but not tonight.
